I absolutely loved this session with Alexis! I knew after initially talking with her she was nervous about how her images would look but excited at the possibilities as well. She worked hard on putting together her outfits and was very organized. It was easy for me to tell that she was putting alot of thought into this and how she envisioned her day instead of leaving it all to chance. She wanted a mix of urban and some natural so we worked in a favorite spot that gives me all of those looks. We worked thru German Village and finished up late in the day on this gorgeous boardwalk. We had fun and lots of laughs at the end with her flowy dress working on some movement type images. Thank you Alexis for choosing me to capture this special time for you. I'm so glad you're day was everything you envisioned and so much more!

The best part about my senior session was how smooth everything ran and getting my hair and makeup done by Tatum. There’s also the aspect of feeling like a model for 3 hours of your day, which was a really fun experience.

Going into the session I feared how I was going to pose and honestly how the pictures would turn out with me in them, because you see all of Claudine’s beautiful work on her Instagram, but you question if your own session will look just as good, it turned out that I loved my pictures.

I wanted to get out of my shoot a natural look while still being put together. From the makeup to the outfits, I wanted to be as stunning as the individuals from Claudine’s other sessions, but I wanted to still look like me. Claudine and the makeup artist Tatum, made sure that happened, my makeup is was not to much and Claudine gave me tips for my outfits that matched my style and made me look great in the pictures.

What inspired my outfits were colors that made my physical features pop. I chose red, pink, blue, and white, because they would allow me to stand out in the picture. I chose very plain and basic designs to ensure I was the main focal point. Claudine helped make sure that all the little details were taken care of. She truly helped give me ideas and not miss anything, like getting my nails done before my session and jewelry.

My all time favorite photo was the one where I was leaning against the brown, wooden electric pole. It made a great background and made my red top pop.

Tips I have for other seniors is to trust Claudine’s process. Read the tips and details she gives you to help choose outfits and all the small stuff. Also don’t wait last minute to start looking for outfits and jewelry, stress will decrease. Lastly, don’t stress over your session, Claudine will make sure you’re ready, even if you feel like you’re not.

Seeing the senior pictures from past seniors she took pictures for. They were high quality, focused the individual, and nearly perfect in every way. I wanted a photographer who would focus on the little details and provide me perfect pictures.
