Y'all, say hello to Zane! Class of 2022 from Thomas Worthington- :) What an easy going guy and we had a great session! Honestly I knew the day we did their consult and wardrobe styling that we were in for an awesome shoot. He put alot of time and effort into his outfits and had lots of choices. We worked together to narrow down just the right looks he was going for, but I also love that he incorporated some pieces that had some real meaning to him.
Zane was super easy to work with and took direction so well. He was pretty much up for anything, as long as the final result was going to be awesome. I promised they would be and then some. We had fun shooting around Bridge Park which has definitely become a top favorite location, especially for the guys. It's just go that great urban vibe that they love doing their sessions in. I love all the expressions we were able to capture along with some fun editorial images that I wanted to try for fun. They ended up being some of the favorite images and looked amazing in his final album. His mom Tuesday was amazing watching him get photographed and of course helping me like crazy. But my favorite part was watching her unpackage that gorgeous album filled with all of his awesome memories. It's always great to see images on a tv screen but once they see their final proofs and then just a few short weeks later, get to hold it in their hands...this is when it really comes to life!
Tuesday and Zane, thank you for choosing me and for an awesome awesome day! Here is what Zane had to say about his session- :)

It all went very smoothly. The location was great and the backdrops for the picture were unique and vibrant. It was a very cold day but everything went so well it was worth it.
- I know most guys are less than excited about a photo shoot? How were you feeling going into this? How did you feel after? Was it better than you thought? I was nervous going into the shoot because I'm not a big picture person and previous school photos did not help! It went very well. The process was good and smooth. After, I was excited for the pictures as I thought it went well. I thought they would be good. The experience was way better than I thought it would be!

I really just wanted to make sure that I had at least one good picture from the session! My expectations were low, but they all turned out really good.

The pre-call with you was really helpful to making clothing choices. I love a bit of a dressed up look and wanted to show different appearances/looks. One of my outfits - my grandma knitted my sweater and my sister decorated my shoes. That was meaningful. Another outfit was more dressed up and had a cool, unique jacket. I thought no one else would have anything similar. My last outfit was between casual and dressy and allowed me to show more of my style.
- What was your all time favorite photo? I liked the walking shot the best! The lighting was amazing and I liked how I looked in it. It captured my outfit and the setting really well.
- Would your parent like to add any comments about your session day? The session was great! Claudine spent a lot of time making sure the backgrounds. lighting, and posture were right for spectacular pictures. She engaged Zane throughout and made him comfortable. And the pictures are INCREDIBLE! We could not have asked for a better process from start to finish: the pre-call was invaluable, the session itself was enjoyable, and the pictures were better than we could have imagined. Claudine was also very organized and communicated throughout the entire process.

We received a recommendation from a friend and the pictures on the website were very appealing, but we decided to work with Claudine because of the clarity of her process and how she shared "what to expect". We are so glad we did!

I'll attend college this fall, majoring in political science. Right now, I'm waiting to hear back from a few schools but I hope to go to the Washington DC or Chicago area.
