Hadley’s senior portrait session at Glacier Ridge was a perfect mix of rustic charm, vibrant summer colors, and unexpected weather. (Thank you Ohio for the chaos - lol) As a rising senior at Hilliard Bradley, she kept her outfits simple, choosing summer colors and textures that allowed her to stand out beautifully against the natural backdrop.

Despite the excessive heat, Hadley’s session was full of surprises, including a pop-up storm that brought a stunning rainbow to close out the day. One of the session's highlights was Hadley bringing her flute—a nod to her pride in her musical talents. She wore a red summer dress on the boardwalk, creating a picture-perfect moment that captured her personality and passions. I'm so glad we talked about this in detail as she almost did not include this! After some encouraging and knowing this is something she is most proud of, she did a pivot, and brought it! I'm so glad she did!

This session was a perfect reminder of how important it is to embrace the unexpected and let your personality shine through in your senior portraits. She was a great sport as that storm rolled in and we even did some fun images in the rain! Hadley’s love for music and her laid back personality made her session at Glacier Ridge one to remember! I photographed her brother just a few short years ago and I'm always grateful when clients choose me to capture these special memories again!
