In the dynamic world of real estate, where competition is fierce and first impressions matter, establishing a strong and recognizable brand is crucial. I worked with Rita so many years ago when I was first starting out in this genre and I was thrilled to have her back to create an updated portfolio. 

She is easygoing and fun to work with! We started her experience with a Style Consult via zoom. This really helps clients to understand the best styles to wear for their purpose but also what will photograph best and most flattering for them.

She started her day with Hair and Makeup with Tatum. I offer this service for many reasons. It really helps people to relax knowing they are being pampered and taken care of, but this is going to skyrocket her confidence behind the camera. Pro Hair and Makeup is also going to help her images to pop which will result in a beautiful polished yet natural looking image. 

She came up with the perfect styles and incorporated her vibrant brand color. We did a variety of poses that fit the looks she had chosen. We were able to showcase her vibrant casual side, but adding in the leather pants with the blazer really took her style up a notch. I know that would appeal to me as a client seeing the approachable side, stylish and fun side and most important the very confident side. You have a short window of time to build trust with new clients and that's why your brand images are so important and the detail involved to bring her images life. 

We built her entire shoot around trust, approachability and worked together to keep her brand distinct. 

The process involved with a session like this involved attention to detail, ensuring every detail aligned with her values, goals, target market all while staying true to who she is.

I will have to say I love these even better than my younger photos. I wasn't expecting to be so pleased with the outcome. She takes her time in advance educating on picking the outfits and preparing for the photo shoot. You can tell she loves what she does. She doesn't rush through anything and is always trying different angles, and lighting.
